Dear Joran, I wanted to take this opportunity to thank you very much for your prompt and excellent service while we were visiting Australia. As you know the disk drive on our Netbook crashed somewhere between Vancouver and Sydney. We spent two frustrating days contacting the manufacturer to try and get it fixed only to be told to take it back to Canada and get it fixed there. As we were visiting Australia and New Zealand for one month this was not acceptable. Luckily we located you in the Yellow Pages and you were able to obtain a new disk drive under warranty and do the installation of the disk and the new Operating System. Since that time we have been able to use our Netbook with no problems. Thank you again---you really saved our bacon.
